Catalyst is a one-day leadership program designed to be a first step in the life-long process of learning, exploration, and action.
Catalyst will help you explore questions like:
Who do I want to be?
What is my story?
What are the causes and communities I care most about, and how can I contribute?
Participants will engage in personal reflection and group dialogue.
This event is free and open to all Iowa State University Students. Lunch will be provided.

9:30-9:45 am: Registration
9:45- 10:15 am: Get Connected
10:15-11:45 am: Your Origin Story
11:45-12:30 pm: Lunch
12:30-2:00 pm: Your Characters and Point of View
2:00-2:15 pm: Break
2:15- 3:45 pm: Your Next Chapter
3:45-4:00 pm: Wrap-up
