The demands of teaching, advising, and providing services for students is both rewarding and exhausting. Coupled with limited time for family, friends, and your personal interests, doing it all can be overwhelming. Taking time for yourself is an important way to change the level of your stressors and increase your ability to cope. Learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques through art, music and movement with Board-Certified Movement Therapist Camilla Kottman that will help you create a balance between self-care and the demands of everyday life. 

Class meets Wednesday, October 4 from 5:30-7:30pm

$10 tuition - This class is limited to ISU faculty & staff
